  • Yes we accept if below conditions are met:

    1.Return must be with us within 14 days of receiving.

    2. Email tracking details info@gemnormous.com without this we cannot accept refund.

    3. It must be returned unused, and packed in original container

    4. On the return if duty and taxes is applicable that will deducted on the refund.

    5. We will not stand for the return postage cost.

    6. To be able to return it must be within reason. For example “not as described”. We cannot accept “i dont like it”.

    7. We cannot accept return if item has been specially ordered to be resized or if you have resized it.
