Return Policy

We accept returns if the following conditions are met:

1. Return Period: The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving it.
2. Tracking Information Required: You must email the tracking details to info@gemnormous.com. Without this, we cannot process a refund.
3. Condition of Return: The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
4. Duties & Taxes: Any applicable duties and taxes on the return will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost; we do not cover return shipping fees.
6. Valid Reasons for Return: Returns are only accepted if the item is not as described. Personal preference, such as "I don’t like it," is not a valid reason for return.
7. Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns if the item has been custom ordered, resized, or altered after purchase.
